Whether for single trips or season tickets, tourist offers or frequent travelers, the MENTZ shop allows you to dynamically adapt your ticket assortment thanks to a special API. Multiple fare systems are combined into a single app with top performance – perfect for trips through multiple fare zones and transport associations.
With the new “Check-in-Be-out” (CiBo) system, we are developing/offering the next level of e-ticketing that sets new standards for convenience. Your customers benefit from a best-price guarantee, more fairness, and full control of the process, even after a ticket has been purchased. We custom fit our CiBo module into your app for trip planning and ticketing. Alternatively, check-in/check-out (CiCo) is a further option.
Context-based e-ticketing combines the advantages of classic e-ticketing with CiCo/CiBo. Users can store existing time-based tickets in their profile. At check-out, the system checks the validity of a time-based ticket and only charges customers for the part of the trip that exceeds the spatial validity of the time-based ticket.
