COVID-19 – MENTZ is still there for you!
Despite all the current uncertainties, there is one thing you can be sure of: your software for passenger information, ticketing, traffic planning and optimization is still up and running.
Our greatest concern is for the health and well-being of colleagues and fellow citizens. That is why we have prepared extensively in recent weeks to ensure that normal operations can be maintained despite the ongoing social distancing measures.
With the exception of a small crew, most of the MENTZ team is now working from home. As a customer, you won’t notice the difference. All MENTZ contacts and telephone numbers remain unchanged.
Servers that can be accessed from the office, can also be accessed from home office. Clients are structured so that cyber security and DSGVO are maintained
In addition, we will prioritize work orders that directly deal with the Covid-19 crisis. These include, for example

Last week, in close cooperation with a customer, we succeeded in moving up the planned launch of our mobile ticket shop by two months as a replacement for cash sales on buses.
Rest assured: we are doing everything to keep our business and yours running. There is a lot of speculation about what the world will look like after the Corona crisis passes, but buses, trams, subways and trains will surely continue to run.
