Kristina - Administration

Kristina, how long have you been working at MENTZ and what did you do previously?

I started my vocational training as a management assistant at MENTZ in 2009 and was taken on after my 2nd year in the administration department. After finishing my training I attended night courses to succesfully complete a degree as a business administrator. Before I started working at MENTZ I completed a training in housekeeping.

What are your current responsibilities at MENTZ?

My responsibilities in administration are wide-ranging, which makes for an exciting and varied day at work.  My duties include:
-    Vehicle fleet managment
-    Invoicing and financial accounting
-    Support in the areas of controlling/personnel

What have you learned in your time at MENTZ?

In my time at MENTZ I have learned to act in a team-oriented way and familiarize myself quickly in new tasks/challenges. I have also learned how important it is to engage respectfully and sympathetically with the needs of clients or colleagues and find a positive solution for all parties involved.

What do you like about working for an employer like MENTZ?

Every employee at MENTZ is able to grow professionally, which is supported by MENTZ through the corresponding educational channels. The working environment is very cordial and gets a boost from our sporty activities like the company run, skiing trip and annual company outing in the Alps.
