With over 160 employees MENTZ is a medium-sized company with a global reach. We have operations and customers on all five continents and our employees represent over 20 nations and are trained in a variety of technical and non-technical backgrounds.
The majority of our employees work at our head office in Munich, Germany. To ensure hands-on, personal support for our customers we have permanent teams at other locations in Germany (Münster, Stuttgart, Berlin) and abroad in Vienna, Zurich, London, Dublin and Melbourne.
The core areas of our work are in software development, technical support and project management. These fields require ongoing professional development in order to develop market-leading products that serve our customers needs. To achieve this end, we encourage a working atmosphere of active information-sharing and financially support our employees' endeavors for further educaltion through special courses, certification and part-time studies.
All of MENTZ's managerial positions have been filled by dedicated employees from within our own ranks.
As a family-led enterprise, MENTZ is also a family-friendly company. New mothers and fathers are offered flexible hours. After returning to work after maternal/paternal leave, employees are able to choose the number of hours they wish to work per week, which can be adjusted when family demands change.
